UNIVERSITY CALENDAR

  1. General
    The University Calendar is maintained by the Clark Student Center Office. The calendar has information regarding scheduled activities and events taking place at the university. Master Calendar scheduling forms for the calendar will be sent from the Clark Student Center Office to each college and to each student organization by April 15 for listing proposed activities and for requesting facilities for the following fall, spring, and summer sessions. Reservations will be accepted only from deans /coordinators and from student organization presidents.


  2. Recurring Events
    During the period April 15 - June 1, the annual, recurring events will receive "priority" in being placed on the Master Calendar and in reserving of campus facilities.


  3. Off-Campus Groups
    Off-campus groups will not receive confirmation for university facilities until after August 1.


  4. Conflicts
    If a conflict in scheduling occurs, rescheduling will be resolved in consultation with the groups involved. The Clark Student Center reserves the right to change room assignments or setups to accommodate the greatest number of customers.
